Katie has spent much of her professional career in wedding and event planning! After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in 2015 with a B.S. in Restaurant, Food, and Beverage Management, Katie immediately immersed herself in the event world. She instantly fell in love with the creativity and charm of the wedding industry. Katie’s passion for weddings has followed her wherever she went, from Rhode Island’s most memorable ballrooms to a historic Philadelphia Inn and to Vacationland, where she can see the gorgeous Maine landscapes from timeless venues. Her in-depth experience and passion have led her to Wilson Stevens in the Spring of 2023.
When not working, Katie can be found cooking, baking, or tearing up the dance floor, where she enjoys the occasional waltz, swing, or salsa. Growing up outside of Philadelphia, Katie moved to New England for University, where she met her husband. Together they moved to Portland, Maine, where she could take advantage of the blooming destination wedding industry and rich foodie scene.
