Our bands perform as set rosters. That said, personnel changes may occur due to sickness, availability or personal circumstances. Here is how we manage this:

Do you provide notifications about personnel changes?
We’re unable to provide notification of personnel changes. It seems like a reasonable request but, having done this in the past we’ve seen only negative outcomes. People find it alarming, think they need to re-vet the band, causing stress at an inconvenient time. We end up looking back instead of looking forward.
Instead, we simply take the steps needed to deliver a fantastic experience with personnel of equal or better caliber. Above all else, we provide an experience.
