This sample is structured around a one-hour cocktail reception, followed by a 4-hour dinner/dance reception. The following can be adjusted as needed to fit any time frame.
If needed, we have several options available for your cocktail reception:
Single: Electric Piano or Electric Guitar
Duo: Electric Piano & Saxophone or Electric Guitar & Saxophone
Trio: Electric Piano or Electric Guitar, Saxophone & Electric Bass
Cocktail Mp3 Music is available as well (includes a powered speaker and playlist). You may send us a Spotify list in advance or we will create a generic one.
The band begins at the conclusion of your cocktail reception. We play guests into the ballroom or tent with uplifting music and set the tone for the evening.
Our MC (or your event coordinator) lines up your bridal party and/or the wedding couple and proceeds with introductions. This is set to exciting, upbeat music.
We encourage you to allow us to use your first dance as a springboard for a quick 5-10 minute dance set. This can set the entire evening up for success. Your Hora may be held at this time (if applicable)
Once your first course is served, we can either perform elegant dinner music or encourage mini dance sets between courses. We like the latter!
This is when the main course is generally served. It’s an ideal time for us to take a 25-minute break (during which vendor meals are served). We’ll run an MP3 playlist of elegant music so there is no silence in the room.
We return from our break and assist with Cake cutting and Parental dances, followed by Dancing!
Additional formalities, such as the Bouquet Toss or a Krenzel Dance (if applicable), can be held at this time or at any point between this dance set and the last dance. You may even schedule your Hora at this time as well.
And with that, we’ll cap off an incredible evening!
-The above is simply a reference for inspiration.
-Your itinerary must be devised in conjunction with your caterer.
-We are unable to perform longer than 2 hours continuously without taking a 2nd break. This break would last 10-12 minutes, during which we trigger high-energy MP3 music to keep the dance floor packed.
-MOST IMPORTANTLY: Itineraries never go exactly to the minute. They should be devised knowing the time stamps reflect a “give or take a few minutes” approach. The overall order of events is what matters most.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
