Loved working with Wilson Stevens and Groove Alliance. Highly recommend this company as have an array of Band options, great singers, musicians and total professionals! Would hire them again in a heartbeat! It was amazing how quickly the night flew by with everyone out on the dance floor enjoying such a memorable evening! We could not have asked for a better band than Groove Alliance! You were so easy to work with throughout the whole process, always available to answer questions, and they were even better day-of. Groove Alliance was an absolute SLAM DUNK.  Everyone took so much care talking to us ahead of the wedding and was so thoughtful and great to deal with.The artists are true performers; they went into the audience and played amongst the crowd. INSANE QUALITY of music. They were the best part of our wedding and peeople are still telling me we had the best band they’ve ever seen.

Everything was absolutely excellent. Our expectations were met and exceeded!!!

I have literally no recommendations nor constructive criticism. Groove Alliance was simply awesome. You all were one of our favorite vendors to communicate with. My daughter RAVED about how great Wilson Stevens and Michael was to work with. All of the emails were great and I really needed the deadline reminder emails. They are clearly pros and read the crowd well. We loved the brass section coming down to the floor at one point. They made me wish I had had a live band at my wedding 31 years ago! Groove Alliance performed at my son’s wedding in the Berkshires. We were all on the dance floor BEFORE dinner because the music was that good! We all decided if we had to plan another wedding in the future that we would go easy on the food and flowers and have a LIVE band! It makes an incredible difference but it must be a GREAT band and Wilson Stevens truly delivered!

Groove Alliance was unbelievable and I’m so happy we were able to secure them for our day. I danced on the table with Mike – they absolutely crushed their set list and our guests haven’t stopped talking about how unbelievable the band was. They gave our guests such a great experience and I’m so happy with how the evening turned out. We are getting non stop compliments of how incredible the band was, how talented the musicians were, how lively and entertaining you were and what an awesome wedding it was. It was the best day and beyond fun all thanks to the wonderful band, Groove Alliance.

It’s a shame you only get married once (hopefully) but if I had to do it again, I’d pick them without a doubt.

Tim and Cheryl made booking super easy and straightforward. The responsiveness and level of service that is consistent with a well run / sophisticated business. Michael, representing Groove Alliance, was so good to us. Connected with us leading up to the event and made us feel like we were in great hands. He and his team brought the energy and gave us the wedding dance floor of our dreams. I am sure EVERYONE says this, but we received countless notes, texts, etc. going on and on about how outstanding the band was. Now we are just plotting our next reason to book them!

I will just say, the band was absolutely incredible.  Everyone I talked to was so thrilled, and from a planner perspective, Mike as well as all of Wilson Stevens was great to work with.

Mike and the band were amazing. So many people were asking where we found them. They made it a memorable experience. Mike was also so helpful to me with picking music selections prior to our wedding. WOW! I have nothing but praise for Groove Alliance! There are no words to accurately describe just how excellent they are! Outstanding musicians and their energy on the night of our wedding was contagious and they truly engaged the entire 200+ person crowd at our wedding, regardless of age! They were EPIC! Not only were the song choices spot on and an excellent mix of slow, upbeat, and all generations, but they really involved the crowd in their performance, walking out on to the dance floor with the microphone to have people sing, and bringing their instruments out on to the floor, and standing on a chair to play a solo right in the middle of the crowd! Almost every person I talked to after the wedding said “AND THAT BAND, OH MY GOD THEY WERE GOOD!” I also had multiple people email asking who the band was. On top of a stellar performance, and encourage a fully packed dance floor for the entire night, Mike was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. When my now husband and I spoke with him on the phone before the wedding, we hung up and said to each other, “wow, he really knows what he is doing!” He was patient with all our questions, and covered off on all the logistical details efficiently and confidently. We knew we were in great hands! Not to mention his voice is truly one of a kind and just so amazing. Mike and the rest of the band, thank you all so much for making our dream day come to life, my husband and I, as well as our 200+ guests had an absolute blast, thanks to your stellar, high energy, performance.

Groove Alliance could not have been better. Mike was fantastic and all the band members were incredible. “Amazing “ was the comment I heard all night and continue to hear about the music. Such talented musicians. It is tough when you can’t get a spot on the dance floor! Everyone had an absolutely GREAT time. A wedding is only as good as the band and the music they play. I don’t know how this wedding could have been any better. I would not hesitate to use your company and Groove Alliance again. Would do it in a heartbeat. I will recommend your company to everyone. I’m sure you’ve heard by now that the wedding was smashing. I must thank you for all the countless and countless calls, emails, and discussions with us to plan to make it all work exactly how we wanted it to. You all went above and beyond and it was noticed, appreciated and worth it!

Benny and Groove Alliance played the best “Horah” set as if they have been playing together for years. And Mike and Groove Alliance closed out the party with non stop hits leaving everyone begging for more.

I look forward to connecting soon for more celebrations!

Mike and Amy, and the entire group at Groove Alliance were the perfect band for our wedding day. They got everyone on the dance floor, including my 80 year old great uncle and our 5 year old flower boy, and kept the crowd dancing until the very end of the night. There was a point where I looked over and saw Mike and Amy both on chairs–they were so good at reading the crowd. Their extensive experience in the wedding industry really shined on our night; we stayed on schedule, kept the party lively, and covered all of the important elements that we wanted to include during the reception.

Speaking of important elements, Mike and Amy learned our wedding song and two others for the parent dances, and they performed them so well. Even my father-daughter song, which was a little too fast for a slow dance on the radio, was played at the perfect tempo and it was a special moment of the night for me. Finally, the other band members were a hit too; we got a lot of complements on the sax player and guests absolutely loved how they walked out into the crowd. Last thing that I’d like to say is working with the management company.

Justin and Cheryl were absolute sweethearts, on top of the paperwork, and very professional. They gave us hints and tips that might not necessarily have brought in more money for them because they were just so generous and they truly wanted us to have the best experience possible. I will also add that Wilson Stevens generally had a phenomenal selection of bands. Make sure you attend the showcase and book early–they’re absolutely worth it!

Literally the best band ever! We could not have asked for a better experience. All of the guests keep telling us how amazing the band was, and we were very impressed!

Everyone raved about Groove Alliance from my grandmother to my friends. I had people ask me who they were and for their information. They got the room up and moving the whole night. Most of my guests stayed until the very end, 12:30am, best they were enjoying the music and dancing. They got people involved and Mike even sang to my grandmother. Not one complaint, they were highly regarded by all and absolutely professional.

I can’t say enough good things about Groove Alliance. Every band member is so talented, fun, and interactive with the crowd. Mike was so easy to work with… always answering my questions clearly and always available to discuss and go over details. We have gotten so many compliments on their music and entertainment. My sister used them in 2015 for her wedding and when we told family and friends they were doing mine people were ecstatic. Incredible group of people with amazing musical talent while at the same time able to captivate their crowd and interact with everyone. I received dozens of extremely favorable comments about Groove Alliance. They played great light jazz style music during dinner…and at the appropriate level…i.e. Not too loud. Mike & Amy’s voices are outstanding! The songs they picked for after dinner were appropriate for the age group of the crowd. An excellent experience!

Groove Alliance was amazing and working with Wilson Stevens was so easy and not stressful at all! I assumed I would have to do a lot more work / coordination with the band myself, but I had to do very little and everything was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better band experience – from the music choices, to the music quality, to the atmosphere the band created (with the fun interactive aspects of the performance), it was all perfect!

Just want to offer a quick thanks to you and Groove Alliance for a phenomenal performance on Saturday. All of our guests, young and old, were raving afterwards. And as I’m sure you noticed, the younger crew kept on singing even after you were done (and the singing continued on the buses!), as they didn’t want the music to end.

Similarly, you guys did a great job with all of our requests: Bryan’s performing special songs for the ceremony, the entrance music, our first dances, and everything else. We had so, so much fun.

4) Emceeing: Excellent. Mike is amazing. He kept the party going and made the night more than just music.

5) Break Schedule: Excellent. I honestly didn’t even notice they took a break other than during dinner.

I loved Groove Alliance. My husband and I decided that a live band was in the top three things we needed for our wedding and they helped to make the day perfect. We got so many compliments on them and I’ve heard of at least one of our guests who can’t wait to see one of their public shows.

This band was amazing. Our guests all wanted to know who the band was so they could use them at their next event. I overheard many people commenting that Groove Alliance was the BEST wedding band they’ve heard. We had nearly 400 guests and the dance floor was packed all night long. Thank you Groove Alliance!!!

1) Quality of Music: Excellent. A consistent comment among our 350+ guests was “this band is terrific!” Both vocalists and instrumentalists were top notch.

2) Choice of Music: Excellent. I was particularly impressed with their ability to appeal to all ages in our large group…from the “20 somethings” to the “60 somethings”. They were skilled at selecting songs that were a match for the group. The dance floor was always full.

3) Grooming and Attire: Excellent.

4) Emceeing: Excellent.

5) Break Schedule: Excellent. Breaks were brief.

6) Use Wilson Stevens again? Yes. WSP was thorough and specific – much appreciated.

7) Use artist again?: Yes. They were great. We had specific guidelines for the crowd interaction, and Michael followed all requests.

This highly successful work event was due – in large part – to the high quality of Groove Alliance.

Music was unbelievable. I thought Stevie Wonder was singing the father daughter song! Unbelievable compliments we have gotten about them, and have had many friends that want them booked for there own weddings!
