When I hire a band will there be member turnover before my wedding?

We always say this is the most important topic related to wedding bands. Turnover is a real part of our industry. Anyone who tells you otherwise is being disingenuous. Consider this subject with the following questions in mind:

“What happens if a lead vocalist has an emergency the night of my event? Or leaves the band?”

If there is an emergency that bars a lead vocalist from performing, we spare no expense to bring in a replacement of equal or greater talent. After 30+ years we have the most extensive network of performers in New England and beyond. We will have your back in the case of an emergency.

If a lead singer is permanently replaced, we notify you, introduce you to the new vocalist and invite you to a showcase to view the band. If you are unhappy after the viewing, we will refund your deposit, and you’ll be free to pursue any course you wish. While the changes we undergo make our bands stronger, you should still have confidence you won’t be locked into a group if you’re unhappy with a change of vocalists.

We suggest you go in with your eyes open. You are not buying a person or persons, but instead, an experience, a brand, the guarantee of an incredible party. This can be achieved with different personnel if necessary. If you are emotionally prepared for the possibility of turnover, it will help you make a more informed, less emotional decision as to whether you retain your band after turnover.
