Everything about Meaghan and Brendan’s August wedding at The Dorrance in Rhode Island screamed vintage glamour. Meaghan and her ladies began the day by primping at the Hotel Providence. The Bride’s antique jewelry and shoe detailing were the perfect match for her gorgeous lace dress with sweetheart neckline. The couple said their vows at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, and the newly renovated church made a stunning backdrop for their ceremony photos. Guests enjoyed a local Rhode Island treat, Del’s Frozen Lemonade, before heading to The Dorrance for dinner and dancing courtesy of the Splash! band.
Formerly a Federal Reserve Bank, The Dorrance has maintained its pre-Great Depression grandeur with high ceilings, ornate detailing and marble floors and walls. Glittering tablescapes by Elaine’s Flowers added the final touch to Meaghan and Brendan’s glamorous vintage vision. Splash! had guests dancing before dinner was even served, topping off a stunning day with an epic party!
Based on M Studios‘ photos in the gallery below, Splash! had guests dancing their pants off right up until the very end.
